Nasser is global head of TMT and Artificial Intelligence. Nasser also serves as chairman of the Middle East and is based in Dubai. In addition to his role within the firm, Nasser is an extensively experienced and active arbitrator.

Nasser has 31 years of experience both as in-house counsel and in private practice. He has acted for leading regional and international companies in various sectors. 

Nasser is primarily focused on two areas: commercial and technology disputes, as well as commercial and regulatory issues concerning AI and TMT. 

Nasser has represented some of the world's largest information technology, media and consumer companies, as well as some of the largest AI and Generative AI producers, advising them on various commercial, regulatory licensing, cloud computing, IP rights, labour law, data protection, privacy and other issues. 

As for his disputes work, Nasser has acted as counsel and as arbitrator in major arbitration cases in various sectors, including some major technology litigation and arbitration cases.
