Ghinwa leads the Global Privacy team across the MedTech and Innovative Medicine businesses in MEA at Johnson & Johnson, based in Dubai.

She is also involved in external policy efforts as part of several trade associations, focused on solving emerging data and privacy policy challenges in the healthcare sector.

Coming from a computer science background, she had led and advised companies on complex technology, cybersecurity and data privacy implementations in the region and globally. 

She is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), CIPP/E and CIPT certified by the IAPP.
